Viking Star, which set sail in 2015, is the first in a series of ships that Viking Ocean Cruises commissioned from Fincantieri.

CONCEIVED BETWEEN LONDON AND NEW YORK, BUILT IN ITALY AND INTENDED FOR SCANDINAVIAN CUSTOMERS

Viking Star is in the market segment of small units. It has a gross tonnage of about 47,800 tons, is equipped with 465 cabins, and will accommodate 930 passengers on board. The unit has been designed by highly experienced naval architects and engineers, including a team of interior designers from Smc Design in London and Rottet Studio in Los Angeles.
